LOU BINNINGER
Community Impact and International Operations
Lou is a part of GT’s primary leadership team. Lou’s responsibilities
include serving as a liaison between Glad Tidings and our community, as well as
coordinating similar international activities and projects. We call him “Brother
Teresa.”

JESS
AND PEGGY PARKER
Evangelism, Deliverance and Pastoral Care
Another of GT’s primary leadership team, Jess oversees the areas of evangelism
(getting the “Good News” out) and deliverance (getting the “bad
influences” out!) He “ain’t afraid of no ghosts!” Jess also
handles much of the general pastoral care at the church.

WARREN AND RACHEL GROVES
School of Leadership Development and Missions
After spending nearly two decades on a pastoral team in New Hampshire, Warren and
Rachel spent a couple of years in Romania working with pastors. Warren is now the
director of “SOLD Out,” a 10 ½ month character based, intensive
discipleship program designed to challenge young adults to pursue excellence in
every area of their lives. The objective is to prepare them to lead their generation
to greatness. Warren is also part of GT's primary leadership team.

BILL AND KAY JENS
Executive Administrator and Family Counseling
Bill also serves as a member of the primary leadership team, and he is responsible
for putting wheels on the many ideas that the rest of us come up with! He helps
manage the staff, coordinate the efforts of the various departments of the church,
and keep the rest of the leadership team organized and “on task.” Additionally,
Bill handles the bulk of pre-marital and family counseling, as well as general pastoral

RONNIE ROLLINS
Music Director and Accounting
The “chief musician” and director of our excellent music department
is Ronnie Rollins. Ronnie is a prolific music writer, and arranges and produces
all the music for the Creative Light Theatre. Not only that, but he also oversees
the accounting department of the church! WOW! What a guy!

DUANE TALBOTT
Music Associate and Media Director
The “Big Dog” assists Ronnie with the many responsibilities of the music
department, and – like Ronnie – writes many of our worship songs. He
also oversees our “hyper-active” multi-media department, and is our
resident “he who gets asked hard questions” guy. Dewey wins the award
for nick-names, but seems to respond best to “Big Dog” or “Jibbs!”

JUANITA TALBOTT
Women’s Counseling and S.O.L.D. Out Dean of Women
Juanita divides her time between two important responsibilities. Both “jobs”
involve assisting women to reach their full potential.

PAUL AND DANIELLE BRYAN
High School Youth
Paul and Danielle are our High School youth pastors. Since Paul likes anything that
travels fast he is perfect to lead our high energy kids. He also serves as the Dean
of Men for the School of Leadership Development.

DICK AND CAROL BERNETHY
Kids’ Ministries
Dick and Carol oversee all our Kid’s Ministries! Carol also serves as office
manager, and secretly runs the entire church! Mr. B has written lots of great praise
and worship songs for kids (up to 80 years old or so) that can be purchased through
the GT Store which he also manages. Mr. and Mrs. B are lots of fun, and the kids
all LOVE ‘em. (Who wouldn’t?!)

DAVE KUGELMAN
Market Place Impact
After 25 years working in advertising, Dave’s passion is to see Jesus proclaimed
in the market place. Dave is a liaison with the business, government and political
communities and assists a number of nonprofits. His mission statement is: “To inspire
teach and lead others to find their purpose in a meaningful relationship with Jesus
Christ.”

Leslie Greenetz
Director of Creative Light Theatre / Creative Director - School of Leadership Development
She is a fount of stories, music, costume and set design, painting, choreography,
evangelistic dramas and dinner theaters. All that Leslie touches becomes beautiful
and communicates. Whether her audience is in a foreign country or here, people love
her work.

James and Becky Harrison
Feather River Men’s Center
Most people see no hope for addicts. As director, James sees daily miracles as God
changes some of the most damaged men in our community. As many of the men have families,
Becky assists James in helping them as well. The center has favor with the community,
the courts and the addicts. See

To many, the homeless are an agenda, a source of grant money, someone to harass.
To Ron and Renee, they are friends in need of a hand, encouragement, prayer, and

Young Adult Leaders
Eddie and Maegen have a passion to see young adults walk in their full potential
in Christ. They want to see a generation equipped with the word, filled with the
Holy Spirit, and walking in the realization of their identity, purpose and destiny.
